You are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the dispatch of goods. The returned product must be new with their swing ticket attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. To return goods, please email us first at email@example.com to tell us you will be returning your goods and the reason why. Then please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order. All items should be sent to: Customer Care Department, Kirei Ltd Glass Studio, 211 Westbourne Park Road London W11 1EA. We will refund to the payment card the price paid for the Goods returned to us on receipt of the returned items. We aim to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt. However, in busy times it may take a little longer. For returned goods, you are responsible for postage. We strongly recommend that you return items via registered mail with proof of postage in case the item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Colours: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Kirei Website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Repeated Returns: Our returns policy is designed to make your online shopping experience easy. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
Your rights under this Section are in addition to the cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
